2025 ESGC Planning Summit Presentation

The Enterprise Systems Governance Committee (ESGC) Planning Summit, themed “Collaboration and Innovation: Planning for NextGen ERP,” brought together stakeholders from across the University of Illinois System to begin planning for a future transition to a SaaS ERP.

The summit served as a foundational step in this effort, providing an opportunity to connect with peers, share insights, and help shape the future direction of our enterprise systems. Presentations emphasized a business-led approach to modernization and effective change management, supported by discussions that captured perspectives from functional and university leaders.
