The UI Enterprise Systems Governance Committee (ESGC) functions to provide strategic guidance over three foundational frameworks of enterprise systems and resources: ERP Ecosystem, Business Process Improvement Opportunities, and Project Administration.

The committee was transitioned from Information Technology Priorities Committee (ITPC) to UI Enterprise Systems Governance Committee (ESGC) in FY25. This change occurred so we can evolve the process to embrace innovation and meet our constantly changing IT needs. When evaluating the future of our Enterprise ERP Ecosystem, we are leveraging existing committees and structures for governance instead of introducing new ones. This broader focus will also help us regularly review and reflect on the outcomes of our Summits
