Enterprise Systems Governance Committee

The UI Enterprise Systems Governance Committee (ESGC) functions to provide strategic guidance over three foundational frameworks of enterprise systems and resources: ERP Ecosystem, Business Process Improvement Opportunities, and Project Governance.

The ESGC will provide guidance, advice, and ensure alignment of ERP Ecosystem initiatives and other activities that affect enterprise systems and processes. Collaborating with university leadership teams, they will identify ways in which administrative IT projects can bridge existing gaps and contribute to University System and universities’ strategic goals.
